Exchange Policy

ClusterOffer.com, operated by Cluster Level Marketing Private Limited, is committed to customer satisfaction. This Exchange Policy outlines the process for exchanging products purchased on our platform.

Defective or Damaged Products: Customers can exchange defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery. Incorrect Products: If the customer receives a different product from what was ordered, an exchange will be provided.

Initiating an Exchange: Customers must initiate an exchange request through their ClusterOffer account or by contacting customer service within 7 days of delivery. Exchange Authorization: Approved exchange requests will receive an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN). Products must be returned with the EAN and in original packaging.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Replacement Shipping: ClusterOffer will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product to the customer.

Inspection: Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of inspection. Notification: Customers will be notified once the exchange has been processed and the replacement product has been shipped.

Perishable Goods: Items such as food and flowers are not eligible for exchanges. Personalized Products: Customized or personalized items are non-exchangeable unless defective or damaged. Sale Items: Products marked as final sale are not eligible for exchanges.

Promotional Items: Exchanges for promotional items may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Bulk Orders: Exchanges for bulk orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
